Affiliate disclosure
How this site pays for itself — and what that does not change.
Amazon Associates
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
slush-maker.co.uk takes part in the Amazon Associates programme for Amazon.co.uk. When you click a button that says it goes to Amazon.co.uk and then buy something, Amazon may pay us a small commission. The price you pay is the same.
- Most of our Amazon buttons open an Amazon.co.uk search, so you can compare the current sellers, prices and models there. We only link straight to a product page when we have opened that page and checked it is the right product.
- We never show Amazon prices, star ratings or product photos on this site — they change constantly and you should check them on Amazon.
- Commission never decides what we say about a machine. Our specs come from the makers, and we don’t accept payment for coverage.
Banner ads
Some pages also carry banner ads from 5od, a small ad service run by the owner of this site. They’re for shops and brands in the Awin affiliate network, and they’re chosen to suit the page, not you. Each one is labelled “Ad”. If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a commission. Ads only load if you accept ads cookies; see how ads and cookies work here.
Other links
Links to official guidance (NHS, the Food Standards Agency, Drinkaware) and to makers’ pages are ordinary links that earn us nothing. If we ever add another affiliate programme, links from it will be marked as sponsored in the page code and explained here.
